I went to this location in 2021 and had complications with my repair. I figured it was a fluke and decided that with this phone, I would give them a shot again and… (Who I believe to be the owner of this location and maybe a couple others) Omar helped me out yesterday. He pulled up my history and was absolutely amazing. I was able to run to H-E-B across the street while my iPhone 15 screen was repaired this time with no issues and on top of that, he helped me pick out a screen protector. The one I had previously was kind of crummy. He was super polite and because of the issue that I had back in 2021 gave me a break on the cost of the screen cover. I highly recommend these guys.
