I figured it was a fluke and decided that with this phone, I would give them a shot again and… (Who I believe to be the owner of this location and maybe a couple others) Omar helped me out yesterday. I was able to run to H-E-B across the street while my iPhone 15 screen was repaired this time with no issues and on top of that, he helped me pick out a screen protector.
